A chimney fire broke out in a house on Boulevard Eugène Pelletan in Agen around 11 PM on March 13, 2025. Residents evacuated safely and were unharmed, although slightly affected by smoke. Firefighters extinguished the fire, which had spread to a 20 square meter room and filled the attic with smoke, preventing it from spreading to neighboring houses. Sixteen firefighters and two fire trucks were involved, and the residents were offered accommodation by the municipality.
